Responsibilities:
Reports directly to Deputy Director (Quality, Audit and Improvement) and Director (Audit and
Improvement)
Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan
Responsible for implementation of QMS requirement and ensure compliance;
Support Project Manager on day to day QAQC matters and preparation of QAQC reports;
Manage submission of QAQC documentation for consultant approval;
Maintain QAQC records and ensure all project documentation are kept in compliance with the QMS;
Develop forms/checklists/flowcharts for QAQC activities
Conduct audit in compliance with the QMS and contribute to system improvement
Conduct Kick off meetings / QA trainings and activities with subcontractors;
Plan and organize mockups and trade demonstration to ensure compliance to approved method
statement and inspection test plan;
Manage test schedule for RE/RTO witnessing and ensure compliance to project test requirements;
Conduct inspections to in-progress / completed works and ensure Works are in accordance to
project specification and approved construction drawings;
Raise report of any non-conformances and carry out root cause analysis;
Manage and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and process improvement;
Manage subcontractors to clear defects and achieve required CONQUAS target;
Handover completed project.
Degree in Civil Structural Engineering accredited with PEboard/BCA
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Knowledge of ISO and OHSAS standards, familiar with CONQUAS, Greenmark and other essential BCA requirements
Certified CONQUAS Manager (CCQM) Certified Quality Mark Manager (CQMM)
