Job Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, take customer orders and preparing food and beverages to their specifications and accepting payments.
- Grilling, cooking, and frying foods.
- Constantly learn about Japanese teas and desserts and presentation techniques to improve beverage and dessert quality.
- Planning and managing work orders to ensure all items of an order are finished and served at the same time.
- Performing simple food preparation tasks
- Ordering supplies and stocking the shelves.
- Making ingredients
- Cleaning food preparation equipment and areas.
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
- Ensure and maintain store and personal hygiene
- Other ad-hoc duties are required
