Roles and Responsibilities:
As part of their responsibilities, Admin support will be focusing on the following key areas:
1. Procurement
· Identify and source new products to enhance our website's product portfolio
· Collaborate with suppliers to ensure consistency and maintain high-quality standards.
· Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing on the website.
· Evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms for cost savings without compromising product quality.
· Cultivate strong relationships with existing suppliers and explore new partnerships.
· Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.
2. Customer Service
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and effectively resolve issues.
· Ensure a positive customer experience through exceptional service.
· Manage daily Sales Order processing and coordinate delivery arrangements.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
3. Administrative Support
· Managing documentation, scheduling, and general office support.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.
· Tackle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.Any other ad-hoc project/activities assigned.
Requirements:
· 2+ years of procurement experience.
· Proficient in MS. Excel and MS. Word.
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and result oriented.
· Highly driven with a positive attitude, customer-centric mindset with good interpersonal skills.
