Administration and Operations (Associate)

Taisu Ventures Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities

• Liaison and coordination with external parties (Fund Administrator, lawyers, investors, etc) as necessary

• Provide management, administrative, operational and secretarial support.

• Processing and payment of invoices, travel & expenses claims

• Implement and maintain corporate policies

• Book flights and hotels arrangements

• Book conference calls, meeting rooms

• Support of customer hosting events

• Other back-end office support as necessary


Requirements:

• Open to learn and listen to challenge in Venture Capital focused in blockchain.

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Accounting or Finance preferred)

• Having 5 to 10 years of working experience in business administration (accounting or finance), working experience in Venture Capital or Private Equity firms or Hedge funds investing in Private equity, or any investment related companies, banks or financial institutions would be an advantage.

• Team worker with Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize

• Strong positive attitude.

• Fluent in English (Native)
