Our client is a well-established MNC in F&B industry. They are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Central.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute learning strategies and programs for organizational development.
- Assess training needs, implement interventions, and evaluate program success.
- Evaluate training program efficiency and instructor performance, providing improvement suggestions.
- Drive strategies, policies, and processes to enhance the learning culture.
- Manage integration of internal and external training courses, collaborating with HR to support individual and team success.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in HR or any relevant field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in training, career advancement, and initiatives promoting employee engagement and expertise.
- Experience in e-learning platforms and practices is a bonus
- Experience in Professional certification - ACTA is a bonus
