Description
- Accountant to help businesse make critical financial decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company's finances.
Requirements
1. Decision maker to let director know if any new/current project or contract is justifiable
2. Process payroll bi-weekly
3. Call customers who haven't paid balances owed and ask for payment
4. Pay suppliers for outstanding invoices
5. Negotiate the terms to the bank loan
6. Interview potential new hires in the production department
7. Prepare quarterly budgets
8. Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement , audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
9. Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
10. Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
