Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
-To proactively research on the internet, industry directories, newspaper, personal contacts to obtain potential client leads to follow up with cold calling, electronic emails, and appointment setting, attending major targeted events where potential clients are attending/exhibiting.
-To ensure new client revenue growth, growing revenue with current client, upsell additional business products/services.
- To drive profit by selling products/service types with the agreed minimum targeted gross profit margins.
- To sell new products/services in accordance with the Company strategy and direction.
- To act with integrity to help create a delighted customer experience and develop the Company’s recognition.
- To manage and update the inventory system and perform regular inventory checks.
- To work with operations team to manage the flow of goods or services to clients.
- To prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services and coordinate with the Service Team to ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- To issue quotations, purchase orders and invoices to clients and prepare meeting minutes. To organize documents and paperwork and maintain a proper filing system.
