Warehouse Coordinator

Chasen Logistics Services Limited

Job Description:

  • Prepare Job Schedule on Excel spreadsheet based on information received from Customer Service cum Admin Executive, Project Managers and General Manager.
  • Print Delivery Order from RVS system, and pass it to Supervisor in charge of the job.
  • Prepare Equipment List for job site.
  • Communicate with customer via e-mail and phone.
  • Book crane service (if required) for next day’s job : provide details of venue, time of crane usage, etc.

If required, you are required to assist in:

  • Relocation of machines, Material handling, Packing and Warehousing.
  • Assist and perform load and unload of containers.
  • Perform picking and packing function based on the DO requirement for delivery to the job sites.
  • Ensure safe working conditions and practices within the Warehouse.
  • Perform general housekeeping of the warehouse.


Requirement:

  • Minimum PSLE Certificate
  • A responsible person with a good/positive working attitude
  • Willing to work with others as a team

*Do note that work location is located at Jurong Logistics Hub*
