Our Singapore team is seeking experienced sales professionals who have the aspiration and ability to help clients to fulfill one of their most important life decisions - migrating to their destination country.

Our Immigration Consultant excels in managing leads, building relationships and closing deals. Being a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, our Consultant is able to showcase our services and strengths in every client engagement in a personable and professional manner.

Objectives of this Role

  • Represent our company’s services and have comprehensive understanding of sales process in a B2C environment
  • Achieve revenue growth by focusing on monthly and annual sales targets
  • Proactive leads management and organise daily work schedule for successful client engagements
  • Keep abreast of immigration policy changes globally and adjusting sales strategy accordingly to achieve a successful outcome

Responsibilities

  • Identification of new sales opportunities from our various sources of client engagement
  • Set daily appointments, make effective sales calls and manage the sales cycle to close new business
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of our immigration programs and able to conduct client meetings professionally
  • Prepare professional and updated proposals and materials for presentations to referring channels and clients
  • Achieve sales targets by assessing client needs and following a defined sales process
  • Actively leveraging on social media to build AIMS brand essence and leadership in the industry
  • Work with other Immigration Consultants to meet sales targets collectively
  • Demonstrate high service standards expected of a market leader
  • Willing to work 5.5-day week

Skills and Qualifications

  • Highly motivated and able to excel in a results-driven environment
  • Excellent communicator and problem-solver with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proven successful sales track record in a B2C setting
  • Personal integrity
  • Team player
  • Social media savvy
  • Able to consult and communicate well with Chinese clients
  • Diploma and above
  • Comfortable with basic salary + commission remuneration
