General Import / Export Processing Management
• Process machine and parts orders from our customers
• Handle logistics for both SMT and FA products
• Warehouse administration of stock for both SMT and FA products
• Assist with the logistics needs of company.
• Operate with sales management system A1-stream.
• Assist with exhibitions.
• Export control of machines and parts
• Support financial information from A1 stream as required
• Good communication with customers, vendors, colleague and business related.
• Assist human resource related and general affairs.
• Any other duties assigned by superior or by Company
Requirements
• Education and Qualifications: Diploma from a recognised tertiary institution or ‘A’ levels from a recognised tertiary institution
• Practical Experience: Min. 2-4 years of relevant working experience
• Professional Business Skills: Good knowledge on incoterms, taxation, import/export documents, trade compliance and inventory system.
• Experience in trading industry preferred
