Job Responsibilities
- Accountable to achieve sales objectives and targets
o Strive to meet individual sales goals and KPIs for individual assigned territory and product line
o Manage pre-sales and post sales product and customer support
o Manage new and existing accounts by implementing sales strategies and tactics
o Make a defined number of calls per day to clinics, hospitals and polyclinics (ie detailing)
o Drive listing of new products in clinics, hospitals and polyclinics
o Provide accurate information to clients/customers for product understanding and usage
o Timely submission of daily call and sales performance forecast and reports
- Manage sales activities and events
o Organize group-selling activities (GSA) and blitz promotions in the market
o Participate in events organised by company or supplier
- Account management and development
o Acquire product knowledge through product training and self-reading time to time
o Understand and communicate the needs and expectations of the clients to ensure to meet and exceed client expectations.
o Identify business leads and opportunities through quality follow-up or networking to have continuous growth
o Record all sales activities and market intelligence within relevant report on daily basis.
o Undertake monthly analysis of sales and implement action to ensure achievement within agreed parameters
o Build and maintain good rapport with key opinion leaders, doctors and supplier
o Keep abreast of key market developments and potential impact on sales and performances
o Gather intelligence and share feedback on sales performances, customers, market and competitors
- Product detailing and demonstration to create GC brand awareness and new users
- Manage social media i.e. Facebook account page for GC Singapore and etc, to create GC brand awareness
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required by Management
Job Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years in Dental Consumables Sales
- Must possess own vehicle (with license)
- Good command of English & Mandarin
