Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain good atrtendance and punctuality
-Ensure office cleaniness and file labels accoording
-General admin duties such as handle phone calls, customers and key invoice etc etc..
-Assist to replenish stationery, pantry items etc etc...
-Corrdinate with finance for payment matters and staff reimbursemtns, leaves and claims.
-Others duties in adminstration matters and ad hoc
-Proactive and able to work under less supervison
-Able to speak english and chinese
-Proficient in microsoft excel
Requirement
Working days:
Mon-Fri > 9am-6pm
Sat > 9am-1pm
Sunday and Public holiday off
