Job Description
- Handle phone calls and reservations.
- Welcome guests to the Restaurant and coordinate the seating of guests.
- Taking of orders and serving of food and beverage items.
- Ensure guests’ requests are not delayed during the operations of in the Restaurant.
- Entry/supervision of entries in accounting records required to be kept
Requirements
- Possess a cheerful disposition
- Energetic and Enthusiastic
- Passion for Customer Service
- Prior experience working in a fine dining Western or Italian Restaurant will be an advantage but it is not compulsory
- Able to work long hours and split shifts
- Able to work 6 days a week
