Working hours:
Weekdays 3 Full shift & 1 Pm Shift
Monday to Friday 12pm to 10pm (Full Shift)
Pm shift - 5pm to 10pm
Weekends 2 Full Shift
Saturday and Sunday 11am to 11pm (Full Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
Server Duties:
· Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanour.
· Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and answering questions about food and beverage options.
· Ensuring special requests are noted and communicated to the kitchen team.
· Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the dining experience.
· Clear and reset tables promptly after guests' departure, ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
· Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills, seeking assistance from supervisors when needed.
· Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth and coordinated service.
Barista Duties:
· Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and other specialty drinks, adhering to quality standards.
· Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other machinery with precision and attention to detail.
· Maintaining a clean and organized coffee station.
· Maintain inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies, and notify management when restocking is needed.
· Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in the preparation and handling of beverages.
Customer Service:
· Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, ensuring that guests feel welcome, valued, and well taken care of.
· Provide a positive and memorable experience for guests, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
· Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
· Cleaning and Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of both the dining area and the coffee station throughout the shift.
Adhere to sanitation and hygiene practices to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Assist with general cleaning duties as needed.
Requirements:
· Passion for the food and beverage industry, with a specific interest in both serving and coffee preparation.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and fellow team members.
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Prior experience in customer service, serving, or barista roles is a plus but not required.
· Enthusiasm to learn and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
