Responsibilities:
- Generate daily and monthly reports to track cash discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Collect and organize daily reports, ensuring they are properly filed and stored for future reference.
- Assist in vouching all credit payments and rectifying discrepancies as needed, maintaining financial integrity.
- Support stock take activities, including supervising stock takes and assisting with inventory management.
- Create and manage cashier identification records for the store's staff.
- Organize and file account documents, ensuring proper storage and retrieval.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level / Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration
- At least 1 year of admin experience
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Able to work well in a team
- Able to work shift (Rotating 5 days work week including weekends)
