Admin Assistant (O Level/1-2yrs exp/Shift/Central)

Responsibilities:


  • Generate daily and monthly reports to track cash discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Collect and organize daily reports, ensuring they are properly filed and stored for future reference.
  • Assist in vouching all credit payments and rectifying discrepancies as needed, maintaining financial integrity.
  • Support stock take activities, including supervising stock takes and assisting with inventory management.
  • Create and manage cashier identification records for the store's staff.
  • Organize and file account documents, ensuring proper storage and retrieval.


Requirements


  • Minimum GCE O Level / Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration
  • At least 1 year of admin experience
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Able to work shift (Rotating 5 days work week including weekends)
