Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Management Team including travel and meeting arrangements
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure the timely completion of PV solar projects
- Coordinate project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays
- Provide administration support not limited to projects and O&M; forms filling; authority submission etc
- Coordinate and follow up on assigned projects and collaborations within the entities and support the timely, high quality, successful execution of each assignment
- Coordinate with the Regional Management Team in tracking and following through region-wide or local market projects and deliverables
- Support projects in areas such as marketing, business development activities when needed
- Support Management in ISO documentation review, updates and collation, including during audits
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when delegated by the Project or O&M team or such other officer(s) as the Employer may designate
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Possesses good proofreading skills
- Good Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent people and organization management skills
- Ability to maintain and cultural positive relationships within the office
- Meticulous and detailed
- Resourceful and independent
- Willingness to learn and grow in an exciting and fast paced industry
