Role:
Manage the data centre operation in Data Centers to support the IT infrastructure operation. Ensures the batch operation operates effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Strategies and improve the operation and SOP.
- Manage data centre batch operation for both Mainframe and Open system to ensure jobs are monitored, trigger timely and escalated timely if there are any issues
- Manage and support data centre tools upgrade
- Support the automation initiative to remove manual task and improve turnaround time
- Involve in the product development of Operation Dashboard
- Experience in using OPC to schedule jobs and API tasks
- must have experiences in manage, perform and monitor (must hands-on and not facilitating) batch operation/job for Mainframe - Mandatory

- No high audit findings or issue
- No major operation issues
- Consistently review, plan and improve the current operation model
