- Technology Integration:
- Utilize fleet management software to monitor and optimize the performance of the rental fleet.
- Implement telematics and GPS systems for efficient tracking and route planning.
- Budget Management:
- Take charge of budgeting processes related to fleet operations.
- Implement expense tracking systems and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining a well-maintained and reliable fleet.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to the rental fleet promptly.
