Job Responsibilities:
- To study and be familiar with given architectural and structural drawings inclusive of the relevant shop drawings / detail drawings for works preparation and progress
- Supervise site architectural works
- Coordinate with the sub contractors and clients
- Review project specifications, construction drawings and some technical clarifications
- Handle work scheduling, project supervision, material requisitions and documentation
- Lead the architectural coordination meeting and prepare relevant meeting minutes
- To liaise with Site Engineers, Consultants, Architects & Suppliers
- Coordinate site activities, daily progress reports and able to supervise a group of contractors
- Responsible for work in all phases of the architectural process
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture / Structure / MEP or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of BIM Requirements in Singapore standard
- A team player with sense of responsibility
- Good technical & communication skills to interact with people at all levels on site
- Willing to travel around project site offices within Singapore
