Management Support Officer (Support Systems and Data)

Ministry Of Social And Family Development

Responsibilities:

· Create and maintain a comprehensive documentation of the system enhancements and fixes;

· Track and monitor internal and external stakeholders’ requests on system enhancements and fixes;

· Manage internal and external stakeholders’ enquiries and feedback on the system; and

· Collate and prepare data for analysis.



Qualification:

· A diploma/degree in any discipline

· Experience in IT system management, data processing and database management will be an added advantage



Competencies:

· Strong administrative skills

· Good verbal and written communication

· Good interpersonal skills

· Proactive in pushing for well-considered change with internal and external stakeholders

· Keen eye for detail

· Driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind and has the initiative to make things happen
