Responsibilities:
· Create and maintain a comprehensive documentation of the system enhancements and fixes;
· Track and monitor internal and external stakeholders’ requests on system enhancements and fixes;
· Manage internal and external stakeholders’ enquiries and feedback on the system; and
· Collate and prepare data for analysis.
Qualification:
· A diploma/degree in any discipline
· Experience in IT system management, data processing and database management will be an added advantage
