Outreach Executive

Main Function

1. Lead in the development and implementation of outreach initiatives to engage the public and stakeholders in support of CCS social missions.

2. Lead in the planning and implementation of marketing communication campaigns, spanning traditional and digital media, to raise awareness of CCS services and programs. This includes assisting in copywriting for advertorials and articles.

3. Lead in the production and design of all marketing collaterals, working with appointed vendors and utilising in-house resources when necessary.

4. Assist in the formulation of the overall outreach and communication strategy for CCS.

5. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing communication campaigns to support CCS fundraising efforts.

Administrative and Collaboration Roles

6. Conduct, facilitate and assist in the administration of webinars, talks and workshops on financial literacy education and debt assistance programmes, as assigned.

7. Perform other job-related duties, as required.

External Collaboration Activity

8. Manage advertising and promotion campaigns by working closely with appointed vendor(s).

9. Assist the department in the recruitment of volunteers, organising training and assigning volunteering opportunities.

10. Build and maintain relationships with identified organisations, funders, sponsors, and stakeholders in support of promoting CCS social mission.

Qualifications and Core Competencies

1. Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or related discipline.

2. Core Competencies:

a. At least 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.

b. Possess strong organisational, inter-personal and communication skills.

c. Working experience in establishing partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

d. Experience in fundraising or prior work experience in a non-profit or philanthropic organisation is advantageous but not necessary.

3. Other Attributes:

a. Ability to independently manage and complete assigned roles and tasks while providing regular feedback.

b. Willingness to work outside normal working hours, when required.
