Job Description
- To create optimum customer satisfaction by providing the highest standard of food quality and presentation according to hotel procedures.
- Support the Pastry Chef in the daily culinary operations.
- Inspect and ensure that the work area is clean and meet the hygiene standards at all times.
- Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements.
- Assist with a la carte pastry and buffet dessert table set up and presentation.
Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bakery & pastry field, preferably with hotel experience.
- Certificate in Patisserie.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
