JOB DESCRIPTION

Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Large Customer Sales team works closely with local team members to help them build their domestic presence and expand internationally. You will help support the South Asian Frontiers (SAF) market. You will drive initiatives and collaborate with the team overall.

Qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day account management, and grow a book of business comprised of leading Gaming and Apps companies in Pakistan.
  • Contribute quarterly and annually to account and business planning across the team.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Identify and propose product launches and advertising opportunities to customers.
  • Drive campaign performance optimization, provide performance updates, and ensure that return on investment meets the expectations of customers.
  • Manage ongoing customer training and up-skilling across all Google advertising solutions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in sales and business development, product marketing, digital media, technology sales, or with agencies/publishers.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Urdu fluently to communicate with and serve English and Urdu speaking customers in the region.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with emerging markets.
  • Experience in digital advertising and performance marketing, and in-depth knowledge of the digital media and advertising ecosystem.
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with stakeholders of all levels, including customer and agency levels.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment, navigate through ambiguity, and work with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to identify solutions and insights from data and take an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and analytical skills.
