We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in our retail stores. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, offering product knowledge and assistance, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and possess strong communication skills, and are committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers into the store in a friendly and professional manner.
- Build rapport and relationships with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of O+ products and services and provide accurate information to customers.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive, customer-focused store environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance and ensure products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product information, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required (Training will be provided).
- Passion for customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in processes and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
