Responsibilities:
· Lead, supervise, and coordinate a skilled project team.
· Manage all technical aspects of projects to ensure quality and compliance.
· Oversee day-to-day operations, meeting project time, budget, and quality requirements.
· Attend meetings with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and site authorities.
· Foster close collaboration with architects, consultants, and sub-contractors.
· Ensure strict implementation of on-site safety practices and corporate WSHE standards.
· Continually assess and optimize construction activities to meet safety and quality standards.
· Proactively identify and address risks and challenges during project planning and execution.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
· Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably with landed properties.
· Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
· Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
