Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, and opening/closing procedures.
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service
- Implement effective inventory management practices, including stock monitoring, ordering, and cycle counts to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Foster a customer-centric culture, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to curate a diverse and appealing product selection that aligns with customer preferences and market trends.
- Work with visual merchandisers to create attractive displays and arrangements that enhance the store's visual appeal and maximize sales potential.
- Plan and execute sales promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and boost sales.
- Ensure efficient product placement, assortments, and inventory presentation to maximize sales and minimize stock issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences, providing input for merchandise selection and adjustments.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Retail / Business Management or equivalent
- At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry
- MUST have experience in operations and merchandising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS office
