We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bakery Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakery retail outlet. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing a team, and driving sales. As the Bakery Branch Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and supervise bakery staff to ensure a positive and customer-focused work environment.
- Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Customer Service:
- Ensure outstanding customer service by maintaining a friendly and knowledgeable staff.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock assessments, and place orders to maintain optimal product availability.
- Minimize waste and manage product expiration to maximize profitability.
Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and attract new customers.
Quality Control:
- Uphold product quality standards by regularly inspecting products and addressing any quality issues with the production team.
- Monitor freshness and presentation of bakery items on the sales floor.
Operational Efficiency:
- Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Financial Management:
- Manage the store budget, monitor expenses, and maximize profitability.
- Prepare financial reports and collaborate with senior management on financial planning.
Visual Merchandising:
- Oversee the visual presentation of bakery products to maximize appeal and drive sales.
- Implement merchandising strategies to highlight seasonal items and promotions.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
O level and above or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on bakery or food-related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including weekends and holidays.
