Responsibilities:
- Prepare different type of wraps in accordance to menu and customers’ preferences
- Maintain consistency in wrap sizes during preparation in accordance to quality standards
- Check and ensure that wraps, breads are maintained at appropriate temperature
- Prepare the required ingredients for wrap
- Practice food hygiene and preparation in accordance to standard operating procedures
- Ensure spaces are clean and organized
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable in wrap, rice bowl and salad bowl preparation
- Understanding of food ingredients and sauces and storage requirements
- Knowledge of western food preparation
- Assemble wraps, rice bowl and salad bowl in a presentable manner and preparation in accordance to standard operating procedures
- Multi-task and handle order fulfillments in an efficient manner
- Able to work shift work including public holidays and weekend due to job requirements and shop opening hours as needed
- Strong adaptability and communication skills
- Independent and fast learner
- Possess Food Safety Level 1 certification for F&B requirements
