Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Executive to play a key role in IT automated storage and retrieval machine projects, customer warehouse integration, and providing advanced support
In this role, you will contribute to project execution, deliver exceptional customer support, and ensure smooth Your technical expertise and customer-centric approach will be integral to our success.
Responsibilities:
IT Projects Implementation:
• Assist in software project implementation of warehouse automated storage and retrieval machine for customer, including supporting integration to customer ERP system, IT infrastructure and customers networks.
• Collaborate in setting up the machine, configuring software,
• Performing UAT/SIT,Software user Training for customer and internal staff, Software Go live support
• Document IT projects comprehensively, outlining processes, configurations, and outcomes.
• Conduct IT site visits to assess requirements, troubleshoot issues, and gather insights for improvement.
IT Service support:
• Provide remote helpdesk and onsite support services for customers, addressing their technical needs promptly and professionally.
• Be stationed onsite on scheduled days to offer hands-on IT software support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed IT service reports for accurate tracking and analysis.
IT Tasks and Ad-hoc Duties:
• Undertake various IT-related tasks as required to support onsite customers effectively.
• Respond to IT ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum of a Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field.
• Available to travel for support customer in Singapore & Malaysia
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar position.
• Mandatory experience in software application support, with exposure to systems like inventory, warehouse management, ERP.
• Familiarity with basic IT infrastructure, server setup, and network troubleshooting.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with team members, customers, and vendors.
• Proficiency in escalating technical and customer inquiries clearly to technical teams and superiors.
