Responsibilities:
- Managing risk-mitigating activities within the programs
- Supporting high-priority efforts, including issue remediation, strategic initiatives and process enhancements
- Engaging with business partners in both US and international locations to represent programs and corresponding requirements
- Understanding regulatory and internal issues management protocols and processes
- Identifying emerging issues and proactively managing functional and internal timelines, as well as risks, issues and dependencies
- Maintaining effective reporting and communication routines to achieve understanding of oversight activities
- Preparation of dashboards and presentation slides and reports
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualification:
- Minimum Degree in Finance, Business or related disciplines.
- Ideally 3-5 years of relevant work experience in business controls, governance and/or risk management.
- Ability to be flexible in support of the maturing organization with an enterprise scope and mandate.
- Ability to appropriately influence key stakeholders and partners, and effectively challenge when necessary.
- Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes.
- Effectively communicate to inform, influence, and resolve key issues in a timely manner with all levels of the organization
