- Overseeing the daily operations and member experience at the coworking space.
- Managing a team of Community Leads and Community Associates
- Ensuring exceptional customer service
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve member satisfaction and retention.
- Maximising revenue through sales and partnerships, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership with demonstrated management skills and P&L responsibilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in hospitality, facilities management and 3rd party procurement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software programs
