Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with archival and shredding of documents
- Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Sending reference checks & educational verifications
- Getting ready induction kits and document for new staff reporting for work (such as issuing temporary staff card, printing name tags, etc)
- Assist the execs with administrative work to offboard staff who have resigned or whose contract is
- File documents to hard copy pfiles
- other HR duties as may be assigned CloudHR
- Assist in CloudHR roadshow, related activities and marketing (Preparation to execution)
- Assist to prepare new data for migration to be assigned as appropriate (simple non-sensitive one)
- Pull out documents such as active staff bond and certification documents to prepare for e P-file scan
- Help scan documents for e pfile (loose pieces)
