Our team includes interdisciplinary contributors from a variety of backgrounds and we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of our clients' digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in various digital marketing channels, have a strong analytical mindset, and possess excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our team to drive successful campaigns and deliver measurable results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct SEO audit, keyword research and analysis to enhance organic search rankings.
Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with the team in content creation, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, and email newsletters.
- Assist to monitor and engage with social media communities and manage content calendars.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use data and analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Generate regular reports for clients, summarizing key metrics and performance indicators.
Client Communication:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering queries, and maintaining a positive client-agency relationship.
- Understand and align with the client's business objectives to ensure campaign success.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- Enjoy working with a diverse portfolio of clients
- Have experience with Google and Meta ads
- Have extensive knowledge of SEO
- Have experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager
- Have an understanding of digital reporting and analytic metrics
- Familiar with social media channels and search engines: e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Youtube
- Have experience leveraging data and trends to generate insights to understand consumer behaviour
- Like working with data, reports, and dashboards
- Are excellent at following up with people, setting meetings, and have advanced communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Have a strong ability to prioritize and juggle multiple priorities, proven at getting things done in a fast-paced dynamic & growing environment
- Have strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
- Are self-driven, proactive, and able to navigate through ambiguity and complexity
