RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with and support the Deputy General Manager in delivering operational leadership and strategic guidance to fulfill commitments and ensure customer satisfaction, fostering cultural transformation within the organization.
  • Drive operational excellence, taking responsibility for monthly engine delivery, profit margins, CPH, OT, COPQ, Productivity, and DCI metrics to exceed operational performance indicators and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with the management team to strategize, develop, implement, and oversee policy deployment actions that align with overall business plan objectives and targets.
  • Lead efforts in cost reduction to enhance profitability, driving initiatives for productivity and continuous improvement (CORE) to boost workplace efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to all internal and external regulatory requirements, cultivating a high compliance culture within the organization in areas such as ITC, EHS, Ethics, Quality, and other relevant domains.
  • Foster a culture of high employee engagement, emphasizing respect, empowerment, communication, and teamwork.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with other functional departments and managers to align goals and deadlines.
  • Develop potential successors in the talent pipeline and advocate for talent development within the management team to ensure team stability and business continuity.
  • Collaborate closely with the Transformation team to modernize the company through technology insertion, aiming to improve efficiency, profitability, quality, safety, and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Degree with minimum 15 years of relevant broad-based experience in Engine Center. Candidate with MBA or Master’s Degree will be advantageous.
  • Good understanding of all aspects of the engine MRO business, including EH&S, people development, regulatory, quality, operational, technical and financial requirements.
  • Strong motivator with proven leadership skills and drive for success.
  • Good problem-solving skills; apply the collective knowledge and skills of the management team to address all various employee and business issues.
  • Excellent strategic & analytical thinking combined with outstanding tactical execution skills.
  • Able to work in fast paced, matrix reporting organization.
  • Able to communicate with employees across all levels.
