Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct appropriate curriculum according to curriculum framework
- Implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the learning needs of children
- Observe and assess children's progress in language skills and overall development
- Prepare teaching materials and resources for young learners
- Maintain a quality classroom and learning environment that promote learning
- Build a meaningful relationship with children and parents
- Ensure adhereence to education standards and safety regulations set by authorities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood / Education / equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of relevant teaching experience in early childhood
- Strong passion for the Early Childhood industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with a team and work independently
