Job Summary:
You will handle the IT helpdesk function , assisting users and also manage the servers to ensure it is always in good functional use . In addition, you will take care of the IT inventory and at times, be assigned to handle some IT projects under the guidance of you departmental head.
Pre-requisites:
- 3 years of IT Helpdesk ecxperience
- Diploma/Professional certificate in IT
- Patient and helpful personality
- Ability to multi-task
