Responsibilities
- Responsible for day to day Operations and administration on network & security infrastructure
- Responsible for network design and security particularly trouble shooting and/or debugging network related problems.
- Ensure all the Network devices (Routers, Switches, Load Balancers, Wireless LAN Controllers) & Firewalls remains in good working condition.
- Create and maintain documentation related to network configuration, policies, procedures and service records
- Participate and provide technical support in network implementation projects wherever and whenever required
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Technical Requirements
- Strong foundation in network knowledge (Routing and Switching)
- Experience in switching (Spanning Tree, VTP, VLAN, Private VLAN etc.)
- Experience in Wireless Networking (Configuration and site-survey with monitoring tool to generate heat-maps)
- Experience/Familiar in Network Firewalls (Cisco ASA, Firepower, FMC, FortiGate, Checkpoint, and Paloalto)
- Experience/Familiar in Network Monitoring tools (Solarwinds NPM,NCM, ManageEngine etc.)
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Project Management/Engineering/Information Technology or related Discipline.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in Network Projects
