Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain group-wide data governance framework, including process documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop/improve data governance standards, policies, and procedures.
- Review and understand business processes and procedures to identify gaps for improvements with respect to enterprise systems and data governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges from an enterprise systems and data governance perspective and ensure timely resolution of systems and data governance issues
- Develop and implement KPIs for system and data governance effectiveness.
- Prepare presentations to Senior Executives on regular basis relating to status updates and issues on enterprise systems and data governance.
- Assist with the creation/review of Business Partners in SAP S/4 HANA.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Accountancy, Business or related studies.
- Candidates with Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) certification, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent will be of added advantage
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and Workday preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to adapt to new circumstances, information, and challenges.
- Ability to work both independently with sole responsibility and as part of a team to deliver quality work product in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
