Responsibilities:
Lead construction workers and coordinate works to job completion
Construction works including general labour
Preparing surfaces by levelling off with plaster, sand or cement
Working in clients’ homes or businesses.
Following instructions of project managers and directors
Purchase of materials and ferrying of workers where required
Driving of lorry where required applicable
Requirements:

Being patient and precise
Being thorough, with good attention to detail
Have thinking and reasoning skills
Able to work well under pressure.
Willingness to work in non-climate controlled conditions (heat, cold, outdoors)
Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
Willingness to do hard work
Willingness to work overtime
Min 4 Years of relevant working experiences
Know how to do plastering, plumbing, electrical, hacking and renovation works
Driving License if Applicable
