Product strategy and category management
- Work closely with country product managers to identify product gaps and build strong portfolio for the Fitting (Faucets and Showers) Category products.
- Competitor analysis and identify key FABs and completive advantage to fit country portfolio.
- Support product training team and brand communication team on our differentiation of products and how to translate into consumer benefit effectively versus competition
- Execute category as per company direction and strategy.
- Category performance analysis and tracking
NPD development
- Define clear value proposition of each NPD, prioritize NPDs based on APAC strategy.
- Verify financial and understand the impact to business case for each new product request.
- Coordinate with country product manager on approval process "LI Fitting Stage gate " for new products proposal.
- Follow up the new product performance after launch to evaluate the actual result versus target.
NPD launch
- Work closely with country and cross functional team to ensure successful process launches.
- Follow up the post-launch feedback and result if they meet business target. And be able to analyze and make recommendation when they do not.
Requirements:
· University Degree in Business or Marketing
· Minimum 5 years of product (category) marketing experience
· Related experience in building materials industry
