Responsibilities:
Strong communication skills, strong expressive skills, good at adapting to changes, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure.
Promote the company's products and provide customer-centric solutions that meet customer needs,
Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers to see if they need additional assistance,
Achieving personal sales goals,
Maintain a high level of customer service at all times, Constantly motivate and cultivate a team spirit.
Maintain utmost service standards and discipline and grooming among the staff.
Assist in member’ performance appraisals and confirmation
Conduct a daily check list.
Constantly obtain customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
Attend to customer complaints (if any).
Assist the store manager in monitoring labor and operation costing matters, including bi-monthly stock takes.
Adhere to the company’s standard operating procedures.
To ensure a high level of product display,
Assist in stock taking and stock control,
Assist in implementing cleanliness, health and safety measures in work areas,
Ensuring that the warehouse is always tidy and stock is in order,
Work requirements:
Fluent in Chinese and English

- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Others or equivalent.
- No work experience required.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Salary:
Basic salary + performance bonus + perfect attendance bonus + sales performance commission + CPF, $3250-$4050
