Key Responsibilities
1. Present, promote, and sell our company's digital marketing services.
2. Follow up with leads and acquire additional leads through outbound efforts.
3. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
4. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
5. Expedite the resolution of customer challenges and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
6. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
7. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
8. Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends.
9. Continuously improve through feedback.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma or BS/BA degree or equivalent.
2. 3+ years of proven work experience in sales or other customer-facing roles.
3. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
4. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Good organizational and time management skills.
6. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Work Location: Hybrid
Basic Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,000
