Our Client is a leader in the Storage Software industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a IT Software Support Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing warehouse automated storage and retrieval systems, ensuring seamless integration with customer ERP systems, IT infrastructure, and networks.
- Collaborate in the setup and configuration of machines, conducting UAT/SIT, offering software user training, and providing Go-live support.
- Thoroughly document IT projects, outlining processes, configurations, and outcomes.
- Conduct on-site IT visits to assess requirements, troubleshoot issues, and gather insights for continuous improvement.
- Deliver remote helpdesk and on-site support promptly and professionally, addressing customers' technical needs.
- Station on-site as scheduled to provide hands-on IT software support, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
- Preparing IT service reports for tracking and analysis.
- Any other duty as assigned.
Requirement
- Mini Diploma or higher in Computer Science or IT
- Available to travel for support customer in Singapore & Malaysia
- Min of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience and Knowledge in software application support in inventory, warehouse management or ERP system
- Familiarity with basic IT infrastructure, server setup, and network troubleshooting will be added bonus.
