RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB).
- Help build the speech dataset and support the analysis of these recordings.
- Contribute to the literature review.
- Support the design and conduct of the survey as well as the analysis of the findings.
- Help manage relationships with participants.
- Liaise with external vendors for the research studies.
- Plan the necessary logistics for the administration of survey experiments,
- Contribute to the writing and presenting of reports and papers for meetings with the funder, leading conferences, and journal outlets.
- The ideal candidate will be a recent PhD graduate or a doctoral candidate close to finishing their studies , interested in analysing and understanding aspects of human behaviour.
- They will be someone familiar with both quantitative and qualitative research methods, although specialist training will be provided.
- A disciplinary background in management or related social sciences is preferred. Additionally, good project management skills, multi-tasking ability, experience in conducting research, and a developing publication track record are preferred.
- A proportion of the postdoctoral fellow's time can be devoted to their own research projects.
