The Endowus Business Development and Partnerships team is a pivotal business unit that maintains and leverage key corporate relationships to extend and amplify Endowus’ reach. We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Development and Partnerships with existing deep corporate relationships and financial services / fintech experience to determine our corporate client strategy, build and maintain strong corporate relationships, and to accelerate Endowus’ client growth through corporate channels.


Roles & Responsibilities

Team Development:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Business Development Team
  • Foster a collaborative environment, promoting shared learning and success.

Strategic Planning & Implementation:

  • Set and communicate the strategy, objectives, goals, and priorities for the team.
  • Actively engage in the testing and development of new business opportunities, working with both internal and external stakeholders to create and launch new B2B and B2B2C offerings and opportunities that extend Endowus’ reach.
  • Drive success of existing strategic initiatives, such as the Fund Manager Employee Investment Solution

Client Engagement:

  • Oversee and personally handle major client interactions at the senior executive level.
  • Nurture relationships with partners in corporations, communities, associations and our investors to engage their employee / member base as an acquisition tool through financial literacy and other engagement programs.
  • Offer Endowus investment services as corporate treasury solutions to a broad range of operating companies and non-profit organisations.
  • Lead corporate social responsibility programs such as the Endowus Giving Machines.

Events & Partnerships:

  • Run Endowus-led events that drive the growth of initiatives and community engagement (e.g. CFOs and CHROs)
  • Work collaboratively with partners to expand our client base.

Collaborative Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with various functional teams to drive business development-related initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, related field.
  • ~10 years of client-facing experience in financial services or fintech, preferably in business development, partnerships, consulting, or banking roles.
  • An experienced People leader who has managed teams with individuals of varying levels of experience.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients to drive successful partnerships.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in crafting and delivering tailored content.
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal teams to achieve business development objectives.
  • Possess a strong local network
  • Startup experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Self driven and passionate about finance and /or technology
  • Teamwork is key - We believe in building a supportive environment that fosters a sense of belonging for all of our team members
  • Organised, meticulous, attention to detail
  • Adaptable - you will face new challenges on a daily basis. You need to be intellectually agile and comfortable with ambiguity to thrive in a dynamic environment
