Talent Acquisition Executive

As part of our business growth plans to develop our future leaders, we are looking to hire a capable Talent Acquisition Executive to support us in our recruitment efforts.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a business partner mindset and has the desire to scale up their income through the bonus schemes as they help to grow our sales organisation.
Responsibilities
- 360 role from talent sourcing, talent pipelining, and qualifying candidates, to arranging interviews and managing onboarding procedures.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition manager to develop and drive recruitment campaigns.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder.
- 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably for Sales, BD or Financial Services roles.
- Possess a positive attitude and engaging personality, able to build rapport and maintain candidate relationships.
- Strong proficiency in the English language.
- Resourceful, meticulous, results-driven, and able to work independently.
