Responsibilities:
- Support the purchasing department in procurement of materials, supplies and equipment
- Maintain complete and accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, delivery confirmations, payment receipts, etc.
- Coordinate with operations and project site personnel on material issues
- Receive, prepare, and process incoming correspondence
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and general admin support
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Requirements :
1. Minimum "N"/"O" Level or equivalent with minimum 2 years relevant procurement experience, preferably in construction sector
2. Have initiative and be willing to learn
3. Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under minimal supervision
4. Customer-orientated and attentive to details
6. Competent keyboard skills and proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, to speak Mandarin and read in Chinese
Applicants must be willing to work in Jurong and project site office . Transportation services provided at Boon Lay MRT station.
