Responsibilities
• Conduct complete end-to-end transactional process from : sourcing of aircraft components through RFQs, tabulating received quotations, generating various types of purchase or exchange orders, tracking deliveries, resolving discrepancies with orders/invoices/components defects, generating PO reports, and tracking KPIs, etc.
• Perform various analysis relating to rotatable assets e.g. movement /turn time, interchangeability, inventory optimisation, configuration, depreciation, obsolescence, shelf-life, etc
• Work on process improvement projects, etc
Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in Business Administration with 1 to 2 years order processing experience
• Excel knowledge and skills is a MUST-HAVE.
• Experience or familiarity with Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft components and aviation spares provisioning will be an advantage.
• SAP &/or Qliksense knowledge & skills will be preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team as well as work independently.
