Jobscope:
· Providing administrative and documentation support to the sales team
· Read and understand orders – to ensure it can be fulfilled smoothly.
· To ensure orders are placed correctly and timely.
· Keep track the delivery status of orders regularly to avoid late penalty.
· Respond effectively and efficiently to customer’s inquiries.
· Follow up with factory about the delivery schedule and documentation
· Maintain & update filing and database system regularly.
· Support day-to-day operations – Prepare Proforma Invoice, follow up deposit/advance payment, shipping instruction and shipping documents.
· Prepare and apply of Certificate of Origin
· Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
· Min GCE 'O' / 'A' Level
· Meticulous, responsible and positive attitude
· Billingual - English & Mandarin.
