You will be a strategic HR Partner who will proactively engage and develop a close partnership with the business group to support their business needs. You will provide HR strategic advice and solutions in recruitment, employee relations, learning & development and guidance on HR policies, processes and initiatives. You will develop and drive the recruitment and retention strategies.
Your key responsibility will include but not limited to:
Business Partner
- Partner with the business group to understand their goals and challenges, providing HR strategic advice and solutions to support their business needs.
- Handle the business group’s recruitment, onboarding new hires, learning & development, employee engagement, staff welfare and benefits matters.
- You will be the go-to person for HR-related enquiries by the employees.
Recruitment and Retention
- Analyse data and statistics for trends and patterns.
- Formulate and implement recruitment and retention strategies.
- Create a seamless interview experience for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify suitable recruitment channels to source potential talents.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills to influence and communicate effectively across different levels and groups
- Self-starter, proactive and a team-player
- Ability to work with ambiguity
- Strong organisational and time management skills, ability to deliver under tight timelines
- Good communication and written skills
- Approachable with excellent interpersonal skills
